EARTH DAY

 

As part of The Conservation Foundation’s 40 Anniversary we will be promoting the opportunities to join with others to celebrate the world’s environment.  Friday 22 April is Earth Day and this year the organisers have chosen the theme : ‘Invest in our planet’  – and explain that this is the moment to change it all — the business climate, the political climate, and how we take action on climate. Now is the time for the unstoppable courage to preserve and protect our health, our families, our livelihoods… together, we must Invest In Our Planet.   Find out more at https://www.earthday.org/earth-day-2022/  and think about what you might do for the next celebration – World Environment Day, Sunday 5 June. This year the UN supported day has the theme – ‘Only One Earth‘ – highlighting the possibilities for shifting to more sustainable, greener lifestyles.
