Ulmus Daveyi Daveys elm, Gaia House

We have a Daveys Elm in our grounds (Ulmus Daveyi) probably planted by Col. Taylor who lived here c1800 a tree expert who probably laid out all the trees in the grounds. Surveyed over the past years by Rupert Baker, BSc(Hons), DipArb(RFS) M Arbor A, he reckons it could be a champion. Ht 24 Dbh 154 Ag class M Condition Good
